Thin-film solar Laser scribing mass production machine is designed for efficient and large-scale production, equipped with multi-beam parallel processing technology, supporting large-size glass/flexible substrates of 1200x600mm and above (single processing area ≥0.72㎡), laser accuracy ≤20μm, and maximum scribing speed ≥1.5m/s.The?Thin-film solar Laser scribing manufactured by Microtreat?adopts a mechanical spectroscopic optical system, and each channel is equipped with an attenuation module to ensure the stability of the beam power. Integrated visual positioning and distance measurement system, compatible with P0-P5 full-process laser process, stable yield ≥ 98%, adapted to roll-to-roll (R2R) process, enabling low-cost, high-consistency mass production of perovskite components.

Laser Scribing
Ultrafast lasers perform precise scribing on thin-film solar cell layers, creating P1-P3 lines for electrical isolation.
Multiple wavelengths are available (355nm, 532nm, 1064nm) to match material absorption characteristics.
Mechanical Beam Splitting
The laser beam is split into multiple processing channels, each equipped with an attenuation module to maintain power fluctuation ≤3%.
Motion and Positioning System
The product remains stationary while a multi-channel scribing head moves, preventing vibration-related defects.
X/Y axes driven by linear motors, achieving positioning accuracy ≤±3μm and repeatability ≤±2μm.
High- and low-magnification industrial cameras (CCD) combined with telecentric lenses enable visual positioning and distance measurement.
Flying Optical Path Scribing
The Y-axis utilizes flying optical path scanning for high-speed scribing, with maximum speeds ≥1.5 m/s.
Automation and Data Control
Fully automated operation with automatic loading/unloading; semi-automatic mode for parameter testing.
Professional software allows process editing and supports standard file formats such as Gerber, DXF, and DWG.
