Laser scribing and edge cleaning equipment integrated in the glove box
The perovskite glove box laser scribing and edge cleaning machine is specially designed for the oxygen-free environment process of perovskite batteries, integrating P1-P4 laser scribing and edge processing functions, and the entire process is enclosed in an inert gas glove box to eliminate water and oxygen pollution and ensure material stability. It adopts modular laser head and visual positioning system to support high-precision processing of glass/flexible substrates (line width ≤ 20μm, speed ≥ 1m/s). One-touch process switching reduces manual intervention, and the yield of a single machine is ≥97%, which helps the efficient connection between the laboratory research and development of perovskite batteries and the pilot line, and accelerates the process of technology industrialization.
