Laser Edge Isolation System for Thin-Film Solar Panels
The Laser Edge Isolation System for Thin-Film Solar Panels is a specialized type of New Energy Laser Scribing Machine designed for precision edge cleaning and isolation in thin-film photovoltaic module production. It removes residual film layers, conductive material, burrs, or unwanted coating from the edge area of thin-film solar panels, helping improve insulation reliability and module consistency.
Developed for perovskite, CIGS, CdTe, and other thin-film solar technologies, the system supports non-contact laser processing with accurate positioning and controllable cleaning width.
