Equipment Functions: Supports scribing of flexible thin-film solar cells up to 400mm wide, integrating all key laser scribing processes (P1 to P4) onto a single automated production line. This allows for continuous, high-speed etching of the cell circuitry from the flexible thin-film material. Closed-loop sensors combined with servo correction algorithms ensure continuous, uninterrupted production of the flexible thin film, enabling efficient and low-cost mass production. The equipment employs advanced optical beam splitting technology, supporting simultaneous scribing with four or more laser beams, significantly reducing the production cycle time for a single module to 90 seconds or even faster.
